AGM Amsterdam concluded with lots of Opportunities and Joy

We look back upon another successful Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Amsterdam! The AGM is a great platform to exchange business during the scheduled bilateral business development meetings, to strengthen friendships and to stay informed about the development of our Cooperative. Thanks to the team of our host company Tandem Smart Global Logistics Netherlands, our guest speaker Bart de Quant from Ocean Network Express (ONE), interesting presentations by our AGM sponsors CargoSoft GmbH, PayCargo and Riege Software and our new Partners Orient Freight International Philippines. We are grateful to all our meeting participants who generously donated items and the others who purchased them during our Monday evening dinner raffle, so we could present a nice cheque to Bart Bosch from the Gilat Foundation, which provides theatre in eight academic children’s hospitals in across four provinces in the Netherlands. By doing so, they reach over 7500 chronically ill children every year. During a delicious closing dinner we presented the Best Airfreight Partner Award to Tandem Germany (Rieck Sea Air Cargo), the Best Ocean Freight Partner Award to Tandem Saudi Arabia, UAE & Bahrain (dba Kanoo Logistics), The Most Responsive Partner Award to Tandem Global Logistics Japan, the Most Competitive Partner Award to Tandem USA (CH Powell) and the Best Sales Team Award to Tandem Rieck Global Logistics China. Consequently we took the dance floor to show our dance moves to the beat of DJ Justin van der Veld (Beats and Beyond) and a great live saxophone performance. See you next year in Brazil!
